Q: How long will it take to ship my product? 
A: Typically shipping your product takes around 14 days to arrive at your door, sometimes quicker, sometimes longer. Once you place your order it can take up to 24hrs to process the payment and 1-5 days to ship your item out. Processing times may be longer if there is a holiday but we will let you know in advance.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is free to USA. Everywhere else is $10. If you are reading this, you can send us a message asking if we can offer free shipping to your country and we will see what we can do for you! Please send your questions before you place your order.  Any taxes, duties or other charges incurred in your country are your responsibility. 

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide but sometimes we are unable to ship to certain locations. After the order is placed we will issue you a full refund if we are unable to ship to your location. The order will need to be placed to determine if we can ship to you or you can send us a message prior to ordering.

Q: I ordered more than 1 item, why did I receive more than 1 package?
A: We source our products from various suppliers to give you the best price. You may receive more than one (1) package and each package will have its own tracking number but we will do our best to source your items from one (1) supplier.

Q: What if I don't receive my stuff? 
A: If 30 days have passed and you still have not received your item we will open an investigation. If your item becomes untraceable after the 30 days we will issue a refund.

Q: How can I track my product? 
A: Once your item has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number. Tracking is typically done here unless you purchased in the Wholesale section then your item will be tracked with DHL Express. If for any reason your item gets shipped with a different company then we will let you know right away.
